LORD ROBERTS AND THE ARMY.
LONDON, August 16. The London Chamber of Commerce appeals to the other chambers to co-operate with the local authorities in arranging meetings for Lord Roberts, who proposes to address meetings in all the large towns in ord«r to arouse the public to a sense of its danger through tire weakness of the army.
