No quotable business in either gram or produce has transpired since last report. Potatoes are in very short -supply, and prices depend upon the urgency of requirements and promptness of delivery ; a few days' fine weather is needed to enable stocks to be replenished. Eggs are firm at qiiotations. 'The' following quotations are for purchases from f armers, net cash, sacks extra : — Wheat. — Milling quality, mixed lines, ' slightly weathered, dry, 2s 7d to 2s Bd, damaged 1 2s 5d to 2s 6d, at country stations. 1 Oats. — Prime heavy Canadians (nominal) Is Bd, Duns Ie 74d to ls Bd, Gartons and Sparrowbills ls 7d to" ls Bd, Danish ls 5d to Is Set : ordinary qualities of the foregoing and discoloured lines Id to 2d less, at couniry stations. Barley. — Malting, 'good 4s to 4s 3d, medium 3s 6d to 3s 9d, inferior 3s to 3s 3d, at country stations. I Flour. — The New Zealand Flourniillers' Cooperative Association, Ltd., quotes the following prices, per ton, local or shipping: — Flour, sacks £8 10s, 1001b bags £9, 501b bags £9 ss, 251b bags £ 9 10s ; pollard £5 10s ; bran £4 5s , f.o.b. Oatmeal — dEIO. Chaff. — Oatsheaf, bright 57s Gd to 60s, second quality 50s to 52s 6d, at country stations. I Peaa. — Partridge 3s to 3s 3d, Prussian Blue 2s 6d to 2s 9d, extra prime to 3s, Blue Imperial (boilers) 3s Gd, Ivory White 4s, at country stations. ; Beans. — 2s <3d per bushel, at country stations.
