Third Round : Recovery beat Meloin Lass, Mxill beat Sandy M'Pherson, Happy Lad beat Rodge, Lord Cardigan beat Dorothy May, Derby Day beat Starlight, Shilaleigh beat Speculation. King Billy beat San Toy. Fourth. Round: Mull beat Recovery, Lord Cardigan beat Happy Lad, Derby Day beat Shilaleigh, King Billy a bye. Semi-finals : Lord Cardigan, beat Mull, Deiby Day beat King Billy. The owners of Lord Cardigan and Derby Day divided the stakes. v Supplementary Stakes. — Won by Clorine, who beat Flodden Field.
