The Customs returns for the month of March just passed arenas follow: — On goods cleared for consumption, £37*022 9s 7d; on beer, £2919 17s sd. The gold exported was 13,070o Z ; valuo, £52,806. For March of 1904 the duty collected on goods cleared for consumption was £39,251 14s sd; on beer, £2722 Is, sd. The gold exported was 16,6530z, its value being £67,268.
