LONDON, March 28.
The insurgents in the mountains of Candid have formed a provisional National Assembly, under the presidency of Venezelos (?) and proclaimed their union with Greece. The gendarmerie has been orderirV against them. A British contingent is guarding the prisons and public buildings. March 29. Eight cruisers from the Mediterranean fleet have been ordered to Crete.
