SILVIAS WEDDING.
Mr and Mrs Robert J. Sparks, of Willow Bank Farm. Maungatua, celebrated their silver wedding on -Monday, February 20. A large number of friends of the happy couple were present at the celebration during the day, and Mr and Mrs Sparks were ths recipients of many valuable and beautiful presents, as well as the felicitations of all 'on the attainment of 25 years of wedded life, the hope being expressed on all sides that they would live to celebrate their golden wedding. A social was held in the evening, and was attended by a large number of young people. Dancing was freely indulged) in, and several songs, games, and various amusements served to lend variety to the proceedings.
