The Customs revenue collected at Dunedin for the month of February was as follows. — Customs duty, £34,730 3s Id ; beer duty, £2461 4s Bd. The . returns for the corresponding month of last year were: — Customs, £42,353 8s sd ; beer duty, £2606 16s lid. Durin the past month the gold entered for export totalled 67810z, valued at £27,125, as compared with 22,3270z, valued at £90,423, for the correspond- ■ t ing month of last year.
