Another friend of mine ha= returned heie after r>. business ti ip through Manchuria and Siberia, and hp tolls me that he met hundreds of Japanese there chested up a^ Chinese, and that it is \ery hard to tell thorn, as they look very like the Mongolians and Menehurmi*. It is these men who are clomo all the damage to tho lailv, ays, and tho Rus-!£ins think it is the Chine** bandits Me-seral of my mon from the club h&\P gone to the war.
