SYDNEY, June 16. { At the Hc-mebush sales sbeeD were lower. I Best wethers sold at 19s 6d; good, 17s 6d to i 18s 6d ; b&3t ewes, 19s ; good. 17s to 18s. Cattle ! improved in values. Best bullocks sold at £11 ; good , £10; cows, £3; gocd, £7 10s. Bast beef. 24s 6d per 1001 b. June 20. At the Homebush sales sheep were easier. Best wethers sold at 19s 6d; good, 17s; ewes, 16s to 17s 6d. Catt'.e were unchanged. Best bullocks sold at £11; extra, £i 3 10s; good, JS7 10s. Beef, 24s 6d per 1001b. ■ "MELBOURNE, June 16. Hides: Heavy and medium have declined Jd to Jd per lb; others unaltered. T,he demand is dull. For tallow rates are steady on the basis of last report.
