Buyers were in evidence for Aldingas on Fri day, and a parcel changed hands at 6s 3d, whik 6s was offered for another supply, but sellers did not respond. The only other business tiansacted was in Hartley and Rileys, a parcel of which changed hands at £3 15s, while buyer 3 offered £3 14s for more shares, but selleis closed at .£3 17s 6d. Golden Beds also (hardened to a certain extent, whale buyers were in evidence for G-abriels, but sellers did xiot respond. Manuherikias were firm, and an inquiry was made for Muddy Craek3, but sellers did rot respond. New Bendigoes and New Halfway Houses were steady. New Prince Arthurs showed a further hardening tendency, but Rise and Shines eased to a certain extent. Sailor's Bends and Saridy Points were firm.
