SALE OF A CLYDESDALE
The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile' Agency Company report having sold at a very satisfactory price, on account of that well-known breeder Mr John M'Farlane, of Drummond, Southland, a draught entire colt, for export to Australia. The colt in question, M' Arthur Again, is by the famous sire M'Arthur, out of an Estinguisher mare, and shows quality at every point, being •well grown and of good bone, and should ho carry out the promises of his youth will doubtless be heard of again in the prize rings of the other side, where many others of Mr M'Farlane's breeding have gained renown.
