CUP CUSTARDS.

One quart of milk, four eggs, quarter of a nutmeg, Jib of castor sugar. Beat tho eggs till light, add the sugar, milk, and grated nutmeg ; stir well. Pour into cups, stand these iv a pan of boiling- water; put the pan in the oven and bake until the custards aro set. When done, take the cups out of the water; leave them to get cold. Serve in the cups.
