ARROWROOT CAKES
Well butter some patty-tms, cream together Mb butter and Alb castor sugar; well beat two eggs, and add gradually to the sugar, etc., stirring all the time. Rub i'.b arrowroot through a sieve, grate on it the rind of a lemon, add to the butter, mix well, half fill the tins, bake 15 minutes, till a pale brown.
