The application of Joseph Henry Miller to transfer sections 37 and 62, block VII, Tokarahi estate, and miscellaneous license over sections 37a and 37b, same estate, to Eliza Kirn was approved, subject to consent of Minister. James Hewitt applied to transfer to Elizabeth Hewitt section 18, block VIII, and section 14, block XIII, Tuapeka. West.— Referred to ranger for leport. Isabella Gray applied to transfer to Alexander M'Kay section 9, block VI, Town of Hyde. — Referred to ranger for report. William Bremner applied to have rental of miscellaneous license over section 52, block X, Glenkenich, reduced. — Reduced to 10s per annum. A. C. Iversen, chairman of Earnscleugb.
