TAIERI COUNTS COUNCIL.
A special meeting of the Taieri County Coun cil was held on Friday, ancl attended by th« Chairman (Mr A. Chishohn) and Crs Samson, Todcl, and Robinson. The business of the meeting was to confim. the special resolution made ai. a special meeting of the council held on February 2, 1900, constituting the " South Taieri " a special rating district ancl adopting the provisions of " The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886." etc., with respect to the said special rating district On the motion of Cr Samson, seconded by Ci Eobinson, the resolution was duly confirmed.
