IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT.
London,, August 1. The Houte of Commons passed the Vaccination Bill. The attempt on the part of a number to re-commit the bill in order to restore the compulsion clause was negatived by a majority of 104. Mr Chaplin stated that the measure was an experiment for a period of five years.
