Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report as follows : — There was a very large gathering of settlers from the Green Island district at our rooms to • day (Saturday), when, under instructions from the txecutors of the late Mrs Jane Mills, we offered the property formerly occupied by her. Ifc was offered is five lota, subdivided as shown below, and under very brisk competition the property changed hands at prices raufing from £30 to £35 per sere Lot I.— Fart section 3, containing 6.1 Or 19p— purchased by &lr A. Lee Smith at £30 per acre. Lot 2 —Parts sections 3 and 4,8 a2r SopMr A. Lee Smith, at £35 per acre. Lot 3. —Part section 5, 10 alr 23p— Mr A Lee Smith, at £35 per acre. Lot 4.— Sections S and 9,20 a3r 23 - sp— Mr James Miller, at .£3l per acre. Lot s.— Section 22, 10a 2r- Mr John Griffiths, at £32 per acre
