A Story of Herbert Spencer.
An entertaining bit of gossip is being told about Mr Herbert Spencer. It is reported that the great philosopher, always highly sensitive to noises, is now suffering greatly from the whistles of locomotives. There is nothing exceedingly funny in that, but tine story thai; follows has its amusing phases.
