Plums, I lid to 2Jd ; peaches, 3d to 4d.' Tomatoes : Christchurch, very little sale, Id to IJd. Grapes, 6d to 9d. Potatoes! : Derwents, £3 10s to £4. Apples : Dessert, 2id to 3d ; cooking, ljd to 2d. Pears : Local, 2Jd to 3Jd ; imported, 14s to 15s. Bananas, l|d to 2Jd.

Poultry, in fair demand ; we receive any day for snle. Onions : Melbourne, 7s to 8s : locally-grown, £4 15s to £5 10s. Honey, 4d to 4Jd (wanted).
