Messr* Park, Reynolds, and Co., instructed by the City Council, offered for sale yesterday 21 years' building leases of allotment 2, block XUEI, at the annual up.-et of 145 per foot, fronting to Princ-s street, with va'uation for buildings, &c, of £1000, occupied by the Old Times Restaurant, and allotment 6, Baths Reserve, at the upset- of £13, with valuation for building*, &c, of £100. Alloaneut 2 went to Mr Horton, present tenant, at the upset; and the other allotment to Mr M'K-y, present tenant, at the upset. Tun Farmers' agency Company (Limited) report having sold privately, on account of Me-srs llattray and Brown, tection 12 on plan of feub-divi<-ion, Wairuna estate, containing 297 acres, at a satisfactory price to Mr William Mitchell. .I'he remaining sections are inquired tor, an'l it is expected sales will be made this week.
