Constantinople, January 25. The Porte has issued a proclamation that Aimenian conveits are free to return to their own f altb, January 28. The Porte has despatched a Note to Greece intimating that if the latter country oontinpea to countenance raid* into Macedonia it will prejudice the friendly relations of the two conntries.
