m — - THE INTERNAL DISSENSIONS. , London, January 25. The Irish parliamentary party have taken steps to compel the Hualyites to aocept Mr Dillon as leader, giving them the option of leaving the party. January 26. At a meeting ot tbe Irish party power was olaimed to expel members or ask them to resign on the vote of an absolute majority. Mr Davitt moved that it was incumbent on the public to support tbe policy arranged as declared by the chairman, Mr Tim Healy moved an amendment that a. t pledge to the electors was the best guarantee of cohesion. He objected to the chairman being granted the powers mentioned. A division resulted — for the amendment, 1.6; against the amendment, 33. Mr Davitt's motion was then carried, but Mr Healy Intends to take no notice of the decision.
