ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS. L. 5?.— (1) Will appear in Home Interests next week. (2) Put the gloves on your hands, and rub m if you were washing your hands with some fcpirits of turpentine till they are quite clean. Han* up in a current of air and the turpentine will evaporate. (3) The only permanent method is by electrolyiis, which is both tedious and expensive. Saund«rs's Oriental Depilatory claims to remove hairs, but I should imagine that if it does so they will grow again. (4) Sponging with a little milk instead of water. (5) Drinking warm milk instead of tea it likely to he of benefit to you, and would certainly not make you flabby. (6) Warts may be removed by damping them, and rubbing a piece of washing Boda on them. Keep the soda in your pocket and rub it on as often during the day as possible. Psaßl. — I do not know of anything that would take the dye stains out without injuring the fabric If tho material would stand careful sponging with hot soap suds it might improve it, but you had better try a piece of it before tunning any risk.
