November 20. —The wea'her during the past week has been very wintry— heavy rain, cold winds, with snow on the 'titan Rocks and Mount Camuron on Sunday morning. Agricultural. — The crop 3 are backward, but the grass 5b in good condition. Shearing commences if the weather is favourable at the stations this week. The lambing has been good, merinos giving about 80 per cent., crossbreds about i) 0 per cent. Ecclesiastical. -A congregational meeting is to be held in the Presbyterian Church on Sunday, December 1, at 7 p.m. Mkdical —Mr H. Wilkie is canvassing the district on behalf of the committee re getting a guarantee of £150 for Dr M'Lean. It is to be hoped that he will be successful, as in sickness we would require to get a medical man from Gore, about 32 miles from Wakaia.
