LYELL CREEK EXTENDED QUARTZ MINING COMPANY.
A lot' of quarts; sent here from this urnehas just been tested at the School of Mines, University, by Mr Fitzgcral-5, asoayer, with a result that it gave a return of 4oz 6dwt sgr of gold per ton. Mr Fitzgerald states that the sample of stone was heavily charged with arsenical pyrites.
