After some time the irritate d preacher could at&nd it no longer, at:d addressing himself to the gallery he ox<« claimed : " I beg to inform that man who continues to look nt the clock that it ia 23 minutes pa»t $, and I thall havo done my dreary sormoa in a minute or two." "If jou please, sor," came the unexpected aqßwer from the gallery, " I warn't a bit tired o' your sermon, bub tho cows maun ba milked."
