Charity Tournament, FINAL ROUND.
Kaikorai No. 1 V. Alhambra.— The final round in the charity tournament was played prior to Saturday afternoon's trial match, the Alhambra v. Kaikorai No. 1 being the opposing players. Mr F. T. Home officiated as referee. In the first spell the Kaikorai played from the harbour end, and after being pressed at the start shifted tho play to their opponents' end, where Rishardson dropped across the line. Laurenson failed with the kick at goal. In the second spell the Alhambra were unable to equalise matters, and there was no further score, the Kaikorai winning by two points to nil. This is the third year in succession that the charity tournament has been won by the Kaikorai Club.
