The secretary of the Six Mile lieach Dredging Company (Limited) reports for *\\ oek ending 27th ult. : 320z ldwfc amalgam, for 131 hours' wages time — 10S hours 5 minutes' actual dredging.
Mr Thomas Callendar, Secretary of the Sew Hoy Big Beach GoM Mining Company (Limited), repoits having received a telegram intimating a return of llilo/lOdwt !>gr retorted gold.
Mr Peter Barr, secretary United Hercules Hydraulic Sluicing Company (Limited) has received the following telegram from the manager :— "Eleven day a' sluicing: lOGon 12dwt 15gr — value, L4lO 10a 3d." The secretary of the Miller's Creek Gold Dredg-
ing Company (Limited) reports 230z 14dwt of gold for 130 hours' dredging. Mr Jabez Burton, secretary of the Golden Run Company, reports a return of 31oz of gold for 14 days dredging. The Upper Waipori Alluvial Gold Dredging Company (Limited) obtained from No. 1 dredge soz fidwt 12gr of gold for 5 days 1 hour, and from No. 2 dredge 12oz 4dwt of gold for 3 days 16 hours' dredging last week. The Ettrick G.S. Dredging Company (Limited) washed up for the week ending 30th July 12oz 3dwt S)gr gold, value L4G 17s.
