i The town team for Roxburgh will leave for Lawrence by tbo South pxpreas on Friday morning, ami after dinner at Lawrence will proceed by coach to Roxburgh, arriving there about 6 o'clock. The team will return to Dunedin on Monday by the early train from Lawrence. From advices received in Dunedia the mutch appears to be exciting the keenest interest in the whole of Central Otago, aud Roxburgh promi.es to be en fete on Saturday afternoon. Two alterations have been made in the town team, Bpck and Taiaroa taking the places of H. Allan and Duncau respectively. As the country team is said to be a veiy itrong one, and the forwards (led by the wellknown Otago Donald Dinnie, W. J. Strong) to average over 12at, the town team may expect a warm tußsle.
