THE WINDSOR RAILWAY COLLISION.

Mblboubnb, May 25. The inquiry with regard to the Windsor railway accident was resumed to-day, and the examination of Gedge, the Prahran station master was concluded. His evidence shows that he was unable to arrange his staff as be wished, owing to the interference of his superiors. Blackburn, the youth who had charge of the signals at Prahran, was also examined. In the. course of .his evidence he admitted that he did not thoroughly understand the block system.
