iNVSRCARaiLL, January 12. The wool aales to-day went fairly well. About 2500 bab b out of 3000 were sold. The bidding was not very brisk, although Northern buyers expressed the opinion that prices ruled too high. Light-con-ditioned medium to fine halfbred sold a*- BJd to 9jjd ; good strong cossbred, 7^d to 9A ; inferior ami heavy do, »<§d to 7-^<i ; merino, inferior heavy, sjd ; well grown light, Bgd.
