(Speoial to Pkess Association.) Sydney, November 12th. A special audit of the municipal accounts took place, disclosing deficiencies. The Council resolved to lay an information against Dent, late paymaster. There is stated to be an unpleasantness between the Government and the Bank of New South Wales, the latter complaining of the manner in which heavy withdrawals were made. An extraordinary poisoning case has occurred here. The victim is a man named Miller. Melbourne, November 12th. Conway states that the counties of Gloucester, Kent, and Lancashire refuse to play any Australian team' in cou sequence of the Sydney row. The scheme has been abandoned. - The Kellys were seen near Benalla a month ago. They imposed a pledge of silence on those who saw them.
