PIGEON MATCH AT FORBURY PARK.
A pigeon-shooting match, for a f-weep of £1 each, took pl»ce at Forbary Park on Saturday, near Thomson's Racecoune Hotel There were 12 competiton, each being allowed fivo buds. The weather was fine, and the match was witnessed by about 100 person)!. As will be seen by the following scores, Mr X, Dodson was the victor :—
There beipg a tie between Messrs Roberts, Chaplin, imd Smith, it was shot off, and resulted in Mr Roberts Uking the sco >nd priz<, and Mr Chaplin the third.
