ARROW.
It has been continually snowing during the past week, and nearly all work in the reefs at a high elevation have been suspended in the meantime, aa the tramways have become completely blocked. It is, however, the wrong time of the year for so much snow to fall, and soft weather has already set in, and heavy rain is coming down, so that the mountains will soon be cleared again ; but we may expect somewhat of a flood before the weather finally clears up. — Gor.
