FIRE IN RATTRAY STREET.

A fire broke out in Messrs Royse, Stead, and Co.'s premises, Rattray street, on the 11th inst. Constable Lyons, when passing tbe building at a quarter past 3, saw the floor over the archway in flames. He at onco sprung his rattle, and gave trie alarn? at the Bell Tower. The Brigade was on the spot with promptitude, the fire plug was ready by the time the hose reel arrived, and water wa3 turned on with commendable despatch.
