PROSPECTUS. The Chief Office is established at Christchurch. The following gentlemen will hold office as Directors until the first annual meeting, ■when they will retire in accordance with the Articles of Association : — Messrs J. S'.-udholme, W. Reeves, T. M. Hassal, J. Palmer, J. T. Peacock, W. Montgomery, G. G. Stead, and W. D. Carruthers. The Directors intend to eecars the services of a thoroughly experienced and competent General Manager for the Company. Copies of the prospectus, and forms of applications for shares, may be obtained at any of the branches of the Union Bank of Australia throughout New Zealand, where applications for shares, accompanied by a deposit of 2s 6d per share, can now be made. All applications will be forwarded to Christchurch as received. The share list will close on the 15th August. The following gentlemen have consented to act a3 Provisional Directors for Dunedin : —The Hon. Robert Campbell, M.L.C.; T. S. Graham, Esq. (Messrs Bing, Harris, and Co. ) ; T. W. Kempfchorne, Esq. (Messrs Kecnpthorne, Prosser, and Co.) ; Hugh M'Neil, Esq. (Messrs A. Briscoe and Co.)
