HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased, in pursuance of the seventeenth section of "The Protection of Animals Act, 1873," to fix the fee payable for a license to kill game during the shooting season of 1877, within the Provincial District of Auckland, at forty shillings ; and within the Provincial District of Otago, at thirty shillings.
