IW-OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Xl the following sections in the above-named district will he open for application on WEDNESDAY, the .2jid May next. Applications must be pxade by the applicant in person, at any Land Offica in the Province, and a deposit of Is 6d per acre paid »t the time of making the application, being the first half year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 3s per acre per annum for ten years. Pla-is to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin. Sections 11,12, 13, 14, 15. 16, 23, 24, 31, 32, 33 34 35 36, 37, 38, 39, block X, Glenkenich district ' ' N.B.— Section 21, b X, has been withdrawn from application under deferred piynent.and added ta the special value sections, to be sold 16th May next Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 39 are within the Lawrenco Land district.
