The above consists of an Aohromatio Telescope, suitable for the country o^ sea- side ; it is also of sufficient power to show the large ? Mountains and Craters in the Moon. By unscrewing the eye-head and replacing it by that containing the dark-colored glass, the Solar Eclipses and the Spots on the Sun's disc may be well observed. ._,.,,„.... , The Eye Tube may be used as a Microscope by unscrewing it at the h rat joint, and screwing it m the Stand which conta'na the Concave Mirror. There are six objects sent with this instrument, also a circular well glass, for Insects in Warer.
