In the prodnca market no noticeable -changes have occurred, quotations remaining nearly as last given. A fair business has "been done through the week, although, for Sip-country trade, owing to the state of the xoads, very little has been going forward. 3?lour has been brisker, and closes firmer at Xil9 10s. Wheat 3 are correspondingly firm, at 7s 9d to Bs. Some moderate transactions "being reported, the prospects for both these articles depend very much upon next Australian advices. Bran in full supply, and quoted at the mills at Is. Good samples of barley, fit for malting, command 4s 3d to •4s 6d, but second rate parcels are not readily placed. Oafcs show no improvement ; 2s 6d delivered in town is with difficulty obtained for lots of any magnitude, and the prospect of an outside demand seems as far off as ever. In imported produce little has been doing. Maize is low in stock, and little inquired for. Potatoes have come to hand in quantity, and sre likely to be offered by auction on the ' Wharf during the next few days, till when i the precise value is doubtful. ! Provincial flour, £19 to £19 10s ; in small bags, 10s extra. Rice, Patna, undressed, £31 ; dressed, £34 . to £37 per ton.
