Ohai again proved victorious, the score being 1 goal to nil. Mr J. 'Grant ably con- ' trolled the game. Cricket. Followers of this popular game will be pleased to hear that a Western' Association is to be formed. At present four . teams have decided t 0 affiliate. Nightcaps, Winton, Ohai and Wairio. Tennis : . The courts are being very well 'patronised at present, a x number of keen players taking advantage of the k fine mornings to have a game before breakfast. About 14 entries were sent from the local ,Club: for the various events at the Labour Day tournament at Riverton.
