Land Board.
The monthly meeting of tb* Land Board was held on Friday, when the following business of district interest was transacted : TRANSFERS. Section 101, Block 11, Longwood, 6 acres 2 roods 25 poles, C. Sorenson to George Braid — Approved. CORRESPONDENCE. Messrs Hamilton . and Company applied for the right lo lay a tramway along the western side of Boundary Creek through the Reserve, Section 64, Town of Tuatapere Extension No 2. — Tram rights grautad from year to year at rent of £2 10s per annum on conditions to be fixed by Commissioner. . G. G. Printz, who holds a year-to-year license over Section 12, Block VI, Longwood (8 acres) advised that he desired to surrender his license. — License caucelled as from 18/10/1926. The Chief Surveyor submitted a plan of small portion of Part Section ! 20, Block 111, Wairio District, on Education Reserve, required for road pnrposes for the approval of the Board. — Approved, subject, to being all m order.
