LEO, JAN&MTSCHEL CHERNTAVSIvY Good news; very good nows is to hand. Tho young geniuses, Leo, Jan and Mischel (Jherniavsky, Violinist, Pianist and 'cellist will visit this Town on Friday 11th June. All music lovers, will hail with delignt these sturdy Russian Artists. it is interesting to note that the First Australian War Fund was started by the Oherniavskys m Brisbane and the first donaticu received by the Mayor of tha,t city was from them. During their visit to Brisbane they gave one concert m aid of the fund which is now larger than the War Funds of any of the other States. Leo, Jan and MischelCherniavsky have had enormously successful tours m Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. The. young artists can rest assured that they will get a good reception ou their visit to this town. Of all the concert partie^ that have visited this country since the Clara Butt Tour, the Cherniavskys ha Ye V c had the strongest attractions. The pi an is at Mr M" Gonley's Shop and soats should be booked as soon as possible It is to be hoped that residents will rise to tho, occasion, and appreciate the visit of t ne3o famous Russian Artists.
