BAND EUCHRE
ENJOYABLE EVENING PRIZE WINNERS The fifth series of Euchre evenings conducted by the Federal Band in aid of the Humphries Memorial SoundsheU was held in the Drill Hall on Saturday evening', a fair number of card lovers attending. Supper wa s in the hands of Mesdames N. Johnston, McKenzie and Morton and altogether a very pleasant eveniiio resulted. Mr. R. Siddells controlled the cards, results being: Men: Mr. D. Johnston, 10j games, Ist; Mr. W. McDowall, 94 games, 2nd. Ladies: Mrs. Bennie, 94 games, Ist; Mrs. Maindonald, S games, 2nd. The next fort nightly evening will be the last of the series and a bio crowd is hoped for. Aggregate prizes will be decided on that night.
