McCrone. • V Mr. Colin Mourie, who sustained a broken collarbone during the Senior rugby match played at Opunake last Saturday, is reported to be progressing satisfactorily and is expected t<9 return from, frew Plymouth next week. John, Lawrence Griffiths, son of Mr..and Mrs. W. L. Griffiths of Opunake, met with a slight mishap while playing football at the Convent on Wednesday afternoon, but an x-ray revealed that he had suffered; only a slight dislocation of "the right thumb.
