Benny to pay Hughsons Ltd. £l7/9/10 (£1 Is) forth wif h in default 10 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended on payment of £l/5 per month; W. Bennie to pay D. T. Peat £5/4/1 (15s Gd) forthwith in default five days’ imprisonment, yJaUrant to The suspended on payment of 5/- per month; Hilton G. Oliver to pay Taranaki Hospital Board £7/7/0 (15/6) forthwith. in default seven days’ imprisonment, warrant to he suspended on payment of £1 per mpnth; T. Clement to pay Parkes and Griffiths balance of £7/9/0 (15/6) before October 28. in default seven days’ imprisonment.
