PRESBYTERIAN ACTIVITIES

BUSY WEEK AHEAD On Sunday at 7 p.m. the preacher will be t he Kev. Houald Miller, M.A., of Mauaia, who is exchanging with the minister for the day. He will preach at Pi.huma at 2.30 p.m. also. Ihe evening service will be of the usual order. The choir, under the direction of Mr W, D. Pickards, will interpret witS taste the message of praise and render an anthem.

On Tuesday 1 p.m, all things v ill he ready for the great effort to replenish the e xclrequer which is somewhat low at present. The ladies of the congregation are enthusiastically working to give good service and value with everything for sale.' In the evening atr 8 p.m. for one hour all business will cease to bear the programme supplied by leading artists, after which sales should resume with a swing, concluding with supper and a final good night before midnight.
