OPUNAKE PLUNKET SOCIETY
MONTHLY MEETING HELD The monthly meeting of the Blunket Society was held in the Pluuket Booms on Friday last, those present being Mesdarncs J. A. Stevenson (president), B. Jenkin, Downey, Grillin, Tosland, Bitchie, Corkill, J. A. Conagleu, Marcroit, Biley, L. Chambers, Edmonds, Carey, and Mautey (seeretary).
Accounts to the value of F‘sß Eds lid were passed for payment A great deaf of correspondence in connection with the . resignation ot Hiss Fat trick, Director of Flunket A arsing-, was read. It was stated that a general conference would be held in Dunedin in February, when the resignation Would be fully discussed. A suggestion that the Flunket Society should take part in the forthcoming Queen Carnival in connection with the Seaside Society was discussed, and it was decided that the secretary obtain further particulars before a decision be arrived at.
