LEAVING WAR CABINET
NEVILLE CHAMBERLAIN (News by Cable.) LONDON, Oct. 2. The Daily Mail says that Mr. Neville Chamberlain, who has -been the Lord President of the Council since Mr, Winston Churchill became the Prime Minister in May, has decided to resign from the War Cabinet. An official announcement is being made almost immediately.
