ALLOWED TO PROCEED PRENCH SHIPS OP WAR TANGIER, Sept. 30. Three Prench destroyers and two merchantmen passed Gibraltar unmolested and entered the Atlantic. The Spanish news agency later stated that British warships were pursuing the Prench ships near Ceuta.
